suddenly I don't like busy

 
      SUNDAY 2/2/2020 5:33PM--I guess I'd better start practicing the keyboard for the ACME gig next Friday...as far as I know, we won't be rehearsing for it...I'm pretty sure it wouldn't make a difference either way...until I get the set list, I'll just check an older one...The FHB is scheduled to practice on Wednesday, for the Hershey's debut, on February 21st I think...
10:39 PM--Got the set list for the ACME gig on 2/7 at Lahinch...I DO need to work on the Pat Benatar songs the most...
MONDAY 2/3/2020 11:44 AM--still (I think) recovering from Saturday's gig with Barry et al...not yet looking forward to Friday's gig with ACME...they (we?) are not very good, for more than one reason...Geoff might be the weakest link in the band, but the other links are pretty weak as well--IMO...as I've said before, I don't mind (too much) thinking that the band is not very good, but it really bothers me to think that no one else in the Band feels that way...I have no idea what Lee thinks...maybe she doesn't care either way...for instance, I wonder how she feels about Geoff's Grateful Dead obsession...it could be that she doesn't listen to his playing, or just doesn't care...THAT is frustrating too...
4:08 PM--I think if I practice the ACME songs a little every day I'll be OK by Friday...DON'T STOP BELIEVING is coming along, slowly but surely...it's true I only worked on that one song, but still...it may be the toughest KB song I have to play with ACME...I'll try to get in some AM practice as well...
6:25 PM--there sure is a lotta LCB talk going on on Flakebook...I've got stuff going on before March 21st that requires my full attention...
