           TUESDAY 8/20/19 12:10PM--I keep learning/working on songs I don't NEED to play...When I kinda figured out TIME AFTER TIME,  I started thinking about Angela..dunno if she'd be impressed or not...probably not...I guess I should practice the ACME stuff, but I don't feel like it...Gotta start working on the 4th Thursday stuff...which involves guitar playing, not the keyboard...there's only one song I really need to work on, thank goodness...
  9:24PM--I need to start working on that one new song for Thursday--it's basically a blues tune, so I shouldn't have too much trouble...hope I didn't just jinx myself...
WEDNESDAY 8/21/19 10:53 AM--I dunno for sure, but I'm beginning to think that the Herbert/Geshen duo is done...I see on Flakebook that Jeff is playing solo gigs...that's the way it is...this is not good for my self esteem...Flakebook is really bad for my MUSICAL  self esteem...am I so unlikable (or ugly) that whatever talent I think I possess isn't enough? is it my political views?
 11:28AM--haven't really started on my 4th Thursday assignment yet...hopefully Barnaby will accept whatever arrangement we come up with...I thought about going out tonight, but right now I don't feel like it...The roomie isn't going anywhere, so she says...and I probably should stay home anyway...I should be listening to Columbus Stockade Blues...
 THURSDAY 8/22/19 8:39AM--suddenly I'm nervous about singing GOIN' MOBILE tonight...I absolutely MUST remember to take a Xanax before I leave tonight...
4:30PM--I'd like to think of myself as a professional Musician, but I sure  don't feel like one when I'm hanging out with the other members of the 4th Thursday Band...but I'll come home with $50..oh boy...in a few minutes I'll go upstairs and practice for awhile...then I'll shave and shower, grab Butterscotch and Ebay and head for the gig...the Plan is to leave at about 6:30 or so...
   9:55PM- my guitar playing leaves a lot to be desired tonight, but my singing is top notch IMO...
