an alternative to FB?

       Facebook has become a fairly harsh place lately; Mostly I use it as a communication platform. I think it's easier and faster than e-mail. But surely there is an alternative...
      1:37PM-there is...I belatedly remembered I have a Friendburst account... apparently you HAVE to post a photo when posting on Instagram…I don’t like that at all... in the meantime, I’m at Target… I bought a belt,  a pair of  headphones and more socks…
